Safety tips
The platform only matches trip information; the ride itself is up to the driver and riders. A minute of checks before you go makes the trip safer:
For riders
- ✓Before getting in, check the car model, colour, and driver's name match the listing
- ✓Call the driver beforehand to confirm time, pickup point, and luggage space
- ✓Share your trip details (time, route, driver's phone) with a friend or relative
- ✓The amount is a cost-share for gas and tolls; pay on arrival — the platform handles no money
- ✓Keep valuables with you and buckle up
For drivers
- ✓Confirm the number of riders and luggage beforehand; don't exceed seating or load limits
- ✓Make sure your car insurance is current
- ✓Before a long trip, check tires and fuel/charge, and be well-rested
- ✓Meet in public places; for a first ride, choose a transit station or mall
Disclaimer: This platform only exchanges information for cost-sharing (gas and other costs); amounts are suggested shares, not commercial fares. We take no part in the transport, and safety is the responsibility of the driver and riders.
